Yes absolutely meet with the principal. In Kindergarten all the kids need stability and a different teacher so often is disturbing to a lot of them, never mind a child with autism! Also the parents should be kept informed via newsletters. Meet with the principal to discuss your concerns. They likely are trying to find a permanent replacement and that is why there are subs right now.
