How to fix heater on car?

How can I get my heater to blow heat? The A/C works but when I turn up the temp over 80 it does not blow anything out. When I am driving it is very cold in the car and even with the defrost on 85 or 90 it still is very cold in there, How can I get my car heater working properly?
