How to annoy neighbors?

We HAVE drug dealers living next door to us. One day in Dec. they were busted. The people who live across from the drug dealers became very friendly with them, and “threw us under the bus” by yelling out that we were the ones who called the police. We asked the non drug dealer neighbors to stop coming on to our property. (Their kids would play ball in the street and would have to come get the ball) We asked 3 times for them to stop coming on to the yard. Finally we ended up calling the P.D. and asking them to tell these people to keep off our yard. Fast forward a few months and now our home is being toilet papered and religious notes left on our doorstep. I want to annoy these people the same they have to us. Any suggestions? BTw- the people we want to annoy are the people who live across from the drug dealers. I have thought about loud music, but I don't need them calling the P.D. on us. Posting in this section because we have kids and so do they.
