How do I convert .qcp files to anything that can be played on my computer?

I have voice memos from my previous phone on my computer and I can't get them to play. I tried changing the .qcp thing to .wav but that didn't make a difference. I also tried to use PureVoice, but that didn't work. I need something that has been tested and worked.
