What does it mean for my friend who cant make yahoo groups? she was fussing with a person?

but she claims she has all acess to mail/ games, but she and a nother got into huge dispute in a yahoo group & she cant get in groups & not even her own she just created, what would cause this? i know she usess her e mail as she e mailed me, need answers so i can tell her,
