Little 14 year old Drama Queen throwing tantrums(what do i do)?

Even though she has ADHD doesn't mean she can throw childish tantrums like that. She needs to know that rules are rules and I think you should sit her down and calmly explain this to her. No means no and there are no exceptions, end of story!
