Depressed my mom is depressed, i dont know what to do?

My stepdad treats my mom bad, and she is depressed, this is hurting me, I don't know what to do, she has started drinking and she feels stuck, I wish I could help, any advice or uplifting things I can do. She knows I'm here for her... please no negative advice.
