Will Super Smash Brothers Brawl be the end of us??

So the game was just released yesterday, my boyfriend has been excited about this for months. He LOVES this game series. I took him yesterday to pick it up, and dropped him off at home so he could get to playing. If I had the time I'd be playing games too, but I don't, school and being a parent have successfully destroyed that free time in my life. I'm okay with the fact that he's going to want to submerge himself in the game for a while, that makes sense to me, and as I have midterms over the next couple of weeks, I'll be busy myself. But I've read the reviews of this game, and it looks AMAZING! Do you think he'll be able to tear himself away enough to maintain this wonderful relationship that we have started? Will he forget about me as he does four player action smashing and destruction on his wii? A normal blah game will lose your interest in a few weeks to a month, but this appears to be no ordinary game.. it could take months, years! Will this game be the end of us? lol
