Would an on line degree from the University of Phoenix be as high of a quality as from a traditional college?

I would like to get a Bachelor's in either Finance or Accounting, and have been taking some cles online through University of Phoenix, but have become burnout on the early cles because of the team work and paper writing. I'm beginning to wonder if a degree earned at a traditional college might be more respected in the workplace. Does anyone have advice or experiences with UoP that they would like to share?
