Is "Paypal" sending me a virus?

Someone is trying the old well know fake paypal address scam...delete the message and do not click on attachments nor give any information....this is a form of philising......in otherwords...they are fishing for unsuspecting people who give up their ID and pword...and the next thing you know...there account is hacked....
