Memory Card Locked? help pls?

i have a canon powershot sd750 and my sd memory card is a kingston. 2days ago i switched to another memory card because mine was full and i transferred it to a casio exilim. so when i tried to switched to the old memory card (kingston) it said "card locked" how do i fix this?
