Washing machine wont drain water?

Our washing machine wont drain the water out. We first thought that there were too many clothes in there, so we took all of the clothes out and tried the spin cycle again, but it just doesnt spin fast enough. We opened the top of the washer while it was spinning and it wasnt spinning fast at all. When it stopped spinning all of the water just drained back into the tub part of it. We even got a bucket and took most of the water out that we could and there is about 3 inches of water at the bottom and we tried the spin cycle again, and it still wont spin fast enough to get all of the water out. Ive tried taking the drainage hose out of the hole where the water leaves the machine (not where it leaves the actual machine, but where it goes into the wall so the water can drain out) and nothing was blocking it, I blew into it and I heard bubbles in the water so I dont think anything is blocking it, its just not spinning fast enough. So what should I do? And please answer quickly because we have some clothes that are wet and need to be spun out so we can dry them. Thank you so much for your answers!
