Week 12 RB Fantasy Help?

Alright...this week it's a showdown between two 8-3 teams. I need your help. My RBs are Willie Parker, Kevin Jones, and Travis Henry. Fast Willie is a no-brainer, but I'm not sure about playing Jones vs. GB or Henry @ CHI. The best on the waiver wire includes: Maurice Morris @ STL, LenDale White @ CIN, or Ryan Grant vs. GB. Help me out!!!
