Yes it will definitely help you lose weight and get healthier however if you only do it for a month it's not going to matter. Adding exercise needs to be a lifestyle change for you to see great results or you're just going to go back to your body's natural weight. Also make sure you're not just eating once a day, your body needs the calories to burn for you to be able to exercise and have energy. Losing weight is fine, just make sure you're doing it as healthy as you possibly can.
