HELP...at&t quickfire problem... :)?

okk...i just bought the at&t quickfire...and like i want to send pictures and like when i send them and it just says... "sending multimedia. message failed. resend?" i push "resend" and it just repeats the message again...ok...idk if its because of the size of the picuture is too big (237K)...but ah...can someone please tell me whats wrong. and how can i fix it...thank you. :)
